Coaching is a reflective and developmental process.

5. Payments

Payment is required in advance for all products and services.

Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect purchases already made.

Access to digital products and booking confirmations are provided after payment is received.

6. Digital products and refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not offered once access has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a product, please get in touch and it will be resolved.

7. Coaching sessions, cancellations and refunds

Coaching is based on time that is set aside specifically for you.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session

• With sufficient notice, sessions can be rearranged

Late cancellations and missed sessions

• If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the session will be treated as used

• If you do not attend a session, it will be treated as completed

Refunds

• Once a coaching session has taken place, it is non-refundable

If something unexpected comes up, please reach out. I aim to be fair and reasonable where possible.

All content provided through this website and within products remains the property of Another Brainchild Limited.

This includes:

• guides

• materials shared during coaching

You may not copy, reproduce, share, or resell this content without permission.
